Description

Předmětem veřejné zakázky je sjednání Rámcové dohody obsahující rámcové smluvní podmínky pro plnění jednotlivých dílčích zakázek, jejichž předmětem bude zejména dodávání licencí (práva užití) programových prostředků společnosti Elastic, a to dle požadavků jednotlivých členů sdružení Zadavatelů v souvislosti s pořizováním plnění na základě Rámcové dohody. Rámcová dohoda bude uzavřena s maximálně dvěma (2)Účastníky. Dílčí smlouvy budou na základě Rámcové dohody uzavírány dle podmínek specifikovaných v části 3 Zadávací dokumentace. Zadavatel bude na základě Rámcové dohody, způsobem tam uvedeným, objednávat plnění vždy v čase a v rozsahu dle své aktuální potřeby. Zadavatel není povinen plnění z Rámcové dohody čerpat. Veřejné zakázky budou na základě Rámcové dohody zadávány dle podmínek stanovených v čl. 3 „Dílčí smlouvy a postup jejich uzavření“ Rámcové dohody, přičemž veřejné zakázky o objemu do 100 000,- EUR bez DPH mohou být zadávány formou tzv. Kaskády nebo soutěženy formou tzv. Minitendru. Plnění v objemu nad 100 000,- EUR bez DPH musí být soutěženo formou tzv. Minitendru. Podrobné informace jsou uvedeny v zadávací dokumentaci.
