Předmětem veřejné zakázky je bezplatná výpůjčka automatického analyzátoru pro OKB na 48 měsíců a dodávka reagencií, kalibrátorů, kontrol, systémových roztoků a spotřebního materiálu (dle příloh Rámcové dohody a Smlouvy o výpůjčce, zadavatelem stanovené minimální technické parametry a požadavky na automatický analyzátor, reagencie a spotřební materiál a požadavek na kalkulaci spotřeby jednotlivých reagencií, kalibrátorů, kontrol, systémových roztoků a spotřebního materiálu, počet stanovení na 48 měsíců), počínaje dnem dodání a uvedení automatického analyzátoru a jeho příslušenství do provozu v přízemí budovy „D“ v areálu Psychiatrické nemocnice v Opavě na Olomoucké ulici v Opavě. Zadavatel s ohledem na nemožnost přesné predikce stanovil množství požadovaného plnění (dodávek zboží) kvalifikovaným odhadem, kdy vycházel z reálné spotřeby za poslední období 12 měsíců. Z uvedeného důvodu bude plnění odebíráno na základě aktuální potřeby zadavatele v závislosti na počtu a skladbě pacientů.
