Description

Předmětem plnění této veřejné zakázky je dodávka a instalace plně funkční sestavy přístrojů určené k provádění tří funkčních úkolů souběžně: 1) vyskoparametrová analýza jednotlivých buněk; 2) mnohoparametrové třídění buněk pro další experimentální zpracování se zajištěním ochrany prostředí k třídění krevních buněk na základě polychromatické fenotypizace; 3) víceparametrová imunofenotypová analýza pro diagnostické použití. Sestava bude sloužit pro řešení širokého spektra inovativních, výzkumných úkolů, řešených v mezinárodních výzkumných konsorciích, s translací do nových standardizovaných diagnostických metod (vč. laboratoří vyráběných testů dle článku 5 (5) nařízení Rady EU 2017/746), a k vývoji nových metod detekce vlastností nádorových buněk a také bude schopen popsat mikroprostředí tekutých tkání pacientů pro potřeby výzkumných úkolů Vědeckého a diagnostického onkologického centra FN Motol. Součástí předmětu plnění je dále pozáruční servis přístrojů.
