Předmětem veřejné zakázky je rekonstrukce veřejného osvětlení a chodníků - ul. Na Příkopech v Třebíči, podle SO404 projektové dokumentace a rozpočtu zpracovaného společností METROPROJEKT Praha a.s., IČ: 45271895, se sídlem Argentinská 1621/36, Praha 7 a dle rozpočtu SO104, který je součástí zadávací dokumentace. Předmět veřejné zakázky je specifikován touto výzvou k podání nabídky a textovou částí zadávací dokumentace včetně všech příloh, zejména technickou specifikací, která tvoří přílohu této zadávací dokumentace. Předmět veřejné zakázky bude plněn na základě uzavřené smlouvy o dílo, která tvoří přílohu zadávací dokumentace, a to v celém rozsahu zadání, který je vymezen zadávací dokumentací, určenými standardy a obecně technickými požadavky.
