Description

Předmět veřejné zakázky spočívá v zajištění služeb externího call centra s disponibilními minimálně 17 a maximálně až 40 FTE operátory. Předmětem veřejné zakázky je poskytování služeb externího call centra dodavatelem zadavateli spočívajících zejm. v: (a) zabezpečení prostor, veškerého materiálního, IT a personálního vybavení potřebného pro provoz Externího call centra ze strany dodavatele na náklady dodavatele; (b) přijímání, zpracovávání a vyřizování jednotlivých telefonických požadavků Zákazníků učiněných na zákaznickou linku Zadavatele, které budou přesměrovány prostřednictvím IT systému Zadavatele (dále jen „Telefonie“) na Externí call centrum, a to prostřednictvím telefonické, popř. následné listinné nebo elektronické písemné interakce se Zákazníky; a (c) realizace: (i) procesů „Servis“; (ii) procesů „Aktiv“; a (iii) procesů „Vymáhání pohledávek“, tak, jak jsou tyto blíže specifikovány v příloze č. 1 závazného vzoru rámcové smlouvy, který tvoří přílohu č. 1 těchto Pokynů (uvedené plnění společně dále také jako „Služby“ a uvedený vzor rámcové smlouvy dále jen „Vzor rámcové smlouvy“).
