Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je zajištění plné implementace a provozní integrace stanovených standardů elektronického zdravotnictví do stávajícího nemocničního informačního systému IKIS od dodavatele Medical Systems, a.s. tak, aby byl systém interoperabilní se zdravotnickými národními registry a centrálními službami dle definovaných standardů v přílohách: Dočasné úložiště MZ ČR • Napojení nemocničního informačního systému na Dočasné úložiště MZ ČR dle technické specifikace EZ_Popis_API_DÚ“. Standardy EHR • Implementace Pacientského souhrnu na úrovni L1 dle technické specifikace v příloze „Standard EHR_Pacientský souhrn - metodický pokyn pro L1_v16“. • Implementace Zprávy ze zobrazovacího komplementu na úrovni L1 dle technické specifikace v příloze „Standard EHR_Zpráva z obrazového vyšetření - metodický pokyn pro L1_v16“. • Implementace propouštěcích zpráv z níže uvedených odborností na úrovni L1 dle technické specifikace v příloze „Standard EHR_Propouštěcí zpráva - metodický pokyn pro L1_v16“: - Pediatrie - Gynekologie a porodnictví - Vnitřní lékařství - Chirurgie • Příjem Záznamu o výjezdu od jiného poskytovatele zdravotní služby získaného z Dočasného úložiště MZ ČR. Specifikace dokumentu dle přílohy „Standard EHR_Záznam o výjezdu ZZS - metodický pokyn pro L1_v16 (1)“. Kmenové registry • Napojení na kmenový registr pacientů, ztotožnění a aktualizace údajů pacienta dle technické specifikace v příloze „EZ_KRP_popis_API_FINAL“. • Napojení na kmenový registr zdravotnických pracovníků, ztotožnění a aktualizace údajů ZP dle technické specifikace v příloze „EZ_KRZP_popis_API_FINAL (1)“. • Napojení na kmenový registr poskytovatelů zdravotních služeb, ztotožnění a aktualizace údajů ZP dle technické specifikace v příloze „EZ_KRPZS_popis_API_FINAL (1)“. NCPeH • Implementace připojení nemocničního informačního systému na národní kontaktní místo pro elektronické zdravotnictví NCPeH a zajištění obousměrné výměny podporovaných typů dokumentu dle specifikace v příloze „183_Podminky_pro_pripojeni_v3“.
