Description

Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je napojení laboratorního informačního systému k centrálním službám a registrům elektronického zdravotnictví a implementace národních standardů pro výměnu elektronické dokumentace, včetně poskytování služeb technické podpory, servisu a rozvoje laboratorního informačního systému pro FN Ostrava (dále rovněž „FNO“) dle požadovaných parametrů specifikovaných v Zadávací dokumentaci. Zadavatel konstatuje, že v současné době využívá pro naplnění tohoto účelu laboratorní informační systém „FONS OpenLIMS“ od společnosti STAPRO, s.r.o. Za účelem zajištění potřeb zadavatele v oblasti laboratorního systému je připuštěno variantní řešení: VARIANTA 1 - Technická podpora, servis a rozvoj laboratorního systému a VARIANTA 2 - Náhrada stávajícího laboratorního systému, včetně technické podpory, servisu a rozvoje. Investiční část VZ je realizována v rámci projektu: „Elektronizace zdravotnické dokumentace ve FNO“, reg. č. projektu: CZ.31.1.0/0.0/0.0/23_088/0011187, který je financován Evropskou unií z Nástroje pro oživení a odolnost prostřednictvím Národního plánu obnovy ČR.
