Description

Předmětem sektorové veřejné zakázky je dodávka 2 ks nových jednočlánkových autobusů na vodíkový pohon (H2). Autobusy na vodíkový pohon nabízené dodavateli musí splňovat veškeré technické požadavky stanovené zadavatelem v příloze č. 1 Smlouvy, zákonné podmínky pro provoz na pozemních komunikacích obecně a dále musí splňovat podmínky pro městskou hromadnou dopravu osob platné na území České republiky ke dni dodávky včetně platných podmínek normativních. Bližší specifikace plnění je uvedena v příloze č. 1 zadávací dokumentace, která je její nedílnou přílohou. Projekt je spolufinancován Evropskou unií - Evropský fond pro regionální rozvoj v rámci Integrovaného regionálního operačního programu (IROP). Financování předmětu veřejné zakázky, povinnosti dodavatele související s financováním veřejné zakázky Zadavatel upozorňuje účastníky zadávacího řízení, že předmět veřejné zakázky je spolufinancován z dotace poskytnuté Ministerstvem pro místní rozvoj ČR, Staroměstské náměstí 6, 110 15 Praha 1 (dále jen „MMR ČR“), z Integrovaného regionálního operačního programu (ve smyslu zákona č. 218/2000 Sb., o rozpočtových pravidlech a o změně některých souvisejících zákonů, ve znění pozdějších předpisů) - peněžní prostředky státního rozpočtu, státních finančních aktiv nebo národního fondu poskytnuté právnickým nebo fyzickým osobám na stanovený účel) ze strany třetího subjektu.
