Description

Předmětem veřejné zakázky je zpracování projektové dokumentace (resp. projektových dokumentací) na přístavbu Základní školy Bednářova v městské části Brno - jih, a to v souladu s investičním záměrem, jež tvoří přílohu č. 1 Smlouvy, která je součástí zadávací dokumentace, a to v takovém stupni a kvalitě, která umožní řádnou přípravu stavby v souladu s relevantními právními předpisy (požadavky na jednotlivé stupně projektové dokumentace jsou konkretizovány v příloze č. 1 zadávací dokumentace). Přístavba ZŠ bude zahrnovat 6 kmenových učeben, 3 odborné učebny, kabinety pro pedagogický sbor a 3 třídy školní družiny s navýšením o 82 žáků. Bude vybudována školní kuchyně a dojde k rozšíření prostor školní jídelny s navýšením kapacity na 450 strávníků. Postaveny budou hygienická zařízení a šatny. Přístavba umožní celkové navýšení kapacity školy min. o 150 žáků. Vzniknou také nové vozovky, chodníky a parkovací plocha pro personál a obsluhu školy. Související investicí bude rekonstrukce mostního přejezdu k novému parkovišti.
