Zpracování kompletní projektové dokumentace vycházející z objemové studie „Modernizace stadionu Srbská“ a to v rozsahu vyznačených ETAP ve studii. Projekt bude obsahovat všechny uvedené plochy a místnosti, které jsou uvedeny v Objemové studii, a to v rozsahu dle požadavků FAČR na prvoligový stadion. Projekt musí vyřešit také navazující území na příjezdové a komunikační plochy stadionu, a to zejména v koordinaci s plochami parkování u STAREZ arény Vodova a probíhajícím projektem Rekonstrukce smyčky trolejbusu dle přiloženého zákresu rozsahu území.
