Předmětem zakázky je zpracování projektové dokumentace ve stupni Dokumentace pro provádění stavby (PDPS), včetně soupisu prací (SP) a souvisejících průzkumů. Součástí zakázky je ocenění výkonu autorského dozoru (AD) při vlastní realizaci akce. Předmětem projektové dokumentace je rekonstrukce komunikace II/152 od provozního staničení km 121,549 - 123,2393 všech souvisejících objektů. Délka stavby je 1,690 km.
