Předmětem veřejné zakázky je zpracování kompletní projektové dokumentace a souvisejících činností pro následnou realizaci projektu s názvem „Bytový dům Francouzská 61“, jehož cílem je odstranění původní budovy a výstavba bytového domu na adrese Francouzská 395/61, 602 00 Brno-Zábrdovice, parc. č. 252 a 253 v k. ú. Zábrdovice. Projektová dokumentace bude zpracována v souladu s platnými právními předpisy, technickými normami a v souladu se „Standardy novostaveb obecních bytových domů“, jež tvoří přílohu zadávací dokumentace. Jelikož pro záměr nebyla zpracována architektonická studie ani relevantní průzkumy je jejich vyhotovení součástí úvodní fáze plnění. Podrobné vymezení předmětu veřejné zakázky, včetně technických podmínek v podrobnostech nezbytných pro zpracování nabídky, je uvedeno v přílohách zadávací dokumentace.
