Description

Předmětem veřejné zakázky je zpracování projektové dokumentace ve všech stupních, včetně souvisejících činností: • provedení potřebných průzkumů a zpracování návrhu řešení včetně kvalifikovaného odhadu investičních nákladů, • zpracování dokumentace pro povolení záměru včetně orientačního rozpočtu, • zpracování dokumentace pro provádění stavby včetně položkového rozpočtu, • výkon autorského dozoru při realizaci stavby. Předmětem plnění je návrh a řešení veřejné infrastruktury (veřejná prostranství, dopravní a technická infrastruktura) lokality Výhon v souladu s regulačním plánem a navazující projektovou dokumentací. Záměrem je revitalizace veřejných prostranství s důrazem na racionální, funkční a ekonomicky efektivní řešení.
