Description

Předmětem veřejné zakázky jsou služby spočívající ve zpracování projektové dokumentace pro demolici původního a vybudování nového amfiteátru Bludník v areálu zámeckého parku ve Strážnici. Projektová dokumentace bude vypracována ve stupni projektová dokumentace pro odstranění stavby a projektová dokumentace pro povolení záměru. Dále bude vybraným dodavatelem vypracována dokumentace pro výběr dodavatele stavebních prací (zhotovitele stavby) metodou Design & Build, jejíž součástí bude zejména kniha místností a standardů apod., a to na základě architektonického návrhu stavby a návrhu kácení a výstavby, které jsou součástí zadávací dokumentace[IŠ1.1]. Tyto dokumenty může zhotovitel pro přípravu dokumentace pro výběr dodavatele stavebních prací upravit či upřesnit. Dále jsou předmětem veřejné zakázky služby spočívající v zajištění související komplexní inženýrské činnosti, služby spočívající v součinnosti při výběru zhotovitele stavby, výkon autorského dozoru projektanta při realizaci stavby a další související služby.
