Předmětem veřejné zakázky je zpracování projektové dokumentace v úrovni pro provádění stavby (DPS) na akci “Výměna rozvodů VZT v objektu G-CENTRUM, Ostrava-Zábřeh“. Cílem je provedení výměny a úpravy rozvodů VZT vč. vzduchotechnických jednotek s doplněním zdroje chladu, s novým napojením na systém MaR. V projektové dokumentaci by měl být zpracován návrh na výměnu VZT s ohledem na současné užívání objektu tak, aby nucené větrání a jeho ovládání odpovídalo současným požadavkům a obsluha a provoz zařízení byly komfortní.
