Zpracování projektové dokumentace a další plnění v rozsahu vyplývajícím pro jednotlivé fáze plnění z této Zadávací dokumentace a jejích příloh, zejména pak zpracování Návrhu Stavby, zpracování dokumentace pro účely oznámení záměru dle přílohy č. 3 Zákona EIA, zpracování Přípravné dokumentace, zpracování Dokumentace pro povolení záměru, zpracování Dokumentace pro výběr generálního zhotovitele stavby (dokumentace pro provedení stavby podle § 3 vyhlášky č. 499/2006 Sb., o dokumentaci staveb ve znění účinném před 1. 1. 2024, doplněná o podklady odpovídající speciálním požadavkům zadavatele) a spolupráce při výběru generálního zhotovitele stavby, provádění autorského dozoru, konzultační a schvalovací činnosti během realizace stavby a jejího zkušebním provozu a konzultační a schvalovací činnost během uvádění stavby do provozu.
