Description

Předmětem díla je vypracování kompletní projektové dokumentace pro výstavbu komunikací a sítí lokality bytových a rodinných domů Velký Hájek v Žamberku zahrnující: • Projektovou dokumentaci pro povolení záměru stavby vč. konceptu projektové dokumentace. PD bude zpracována pro celé území řešené Regulačním plánem Velký Hájek a bude zahrnovat objekty: - Dopravní infrastruktury (obslužné komunikace, cyklostezky, parkoviště, chodníky); - Veřejné technické infrastruktury; - Parky, veřejná prostranství, sadové úpravy veřejných ploch, izolační zeleň, stromořadí. • Kompletní inženýrskou činnost pro povolení záměru stavby (zajištění dokladové části, projednání projektové dokumentace s dotčenými fyzickými osobami, orgány a správci sítí a po-dání žádosti o povolení záměru stavby) pro každou PD samostatně; • Podání žádosti o povolení záměru stavby na příslušný stavební úřad; • Rozhodnutí o povolení záměru stavby s nabytím právní moci; • Projektovou dokumentaci pro provádění stavby dle etap; • Výkazy výměr a položkové rozpočty staveb dle etap, vypracování neoceněného a oceněného soupisu prací (rozpočtu) dle vyhlášek č. 169/2016 Sb. a 131/2024 Sb., rozpočty budou zpracovány v aktuální cenové úrovni. PD budou předloženy dle členění a rozsahu v souladu s přílohou č. 3 Požadavky na projektovou dokumentaci této Zadávací dokumentace. Předpokládaná plocha řešeného území celkem: 14,81 ha (dle údajů z regulačního plánu). Podrobněji viz ZD.
