Předmětem veřejné zakázky je: - provedení průzkumů; - vypracování projektové dokumentace: „Sociální centrum Kraje Vysočina - Nový objekt Ždírec“ v rozsahu standardu projektové dokumentace pro povolení stavby a projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby; - vypracování plánu zajištění bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci na staveništi v souladu se zákonem č. 309/2006Sb., kterým se upravují další požadavky bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci v pracovněprávních vztazích a o zajištění bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při činnosti nebo poskytování služeb mimo pracovněprávní vztahy (zákon o zajištění dalších podmínek bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci), v platném znění, a nařízením vlády č. 591/2006Sb., o bližších minimálních požadavcích na bezpečnost a ochranu zdraví při práci na staveništích, v platném znění, a ostatních činností vyplývajících z uvedených právních předpisů ve fázi přípravy stavby; - Zabezpečení činností koordinátora BOZP ve fázi přípravy stavby; - výkon dozoru projektanta po dobu realizace stavby
