Předmětem Rámcové dohody je zadávání Dílčích veřejných zakázek na projektové práce pro velké zakázky staveb silnic a menších zakázek dálnic realizovaných na základě Smluvních podmínek pro výstavbu pozemních a inženýrských staveb projektovaných objednatelem (RED BOOK) a Smluvních podmínek pro dodávku technologických zařízení a projektování-výstavbu elektro a strojně-technologického díla a pozemních staveb projektovaných zhotovitelem (YELLOW BOOK). Předmětem plnění zakázky je poskytnutí služeb, které spočívají ve stanovení předpokládané ekonomické efektivnosti tahu dopravní stavby dálnice D55.
