Description

Předmětem Rámcové dohody je zadávání Dílčích veřejných zakázek na projektové práce pro velké zakázky staveb silnic a menších zakázek dálnic realizovaných na základě Smluvních podmínek pro výstavbu pozemních a inženýrských staveb projektovaných objednatelem (RED BOOK) a Smluvních podmínek pro dodávku technologických zařízení a projektování-výstavbu elektro a strojně-technologického díla a pozemních staveb projektovaných zhotovitelem (YELLOW BOOK). V otevřeném zadávacím řízení bude uzavřena Rámcová dohoda s osmi účastníky na dobu 48 měsíců. Zadávaní dílčích veřejných zakázek na základě Rámcové dohody bude probíhat s obnovením soutěže postupem podle § 135 ZZVZ. Prostřednictvím této Rámcové dohody budou zadávány zakázky primárně pro investiční velké zakázky staveb dvoupruhových a třípruhových silnic realizovaných na základě smluvních podmínek RED BOOK a YELLOW BOOK 2025, nikoliv pro opravy. Předmětem dílčích zakázek budou projektové práce včetně inženýrské činnosti.
