Předmětem Rámcové dohody bude zadávání Dílčích veřejných zakázek na provádění konkrétních projektových prací pro velké zakázky staveb pozemních komunikací realizovaných dle smluvních podmínek RED BOOK a YELLOW BOOK včetně příslušenství (např. osvětlení, protihlukové stěny apod.), včetně výkonu inženýrské činnosti, majetkoprávní činnosti, autorského dozoru a technické pomoci Objednateli, a to dle aktuálních potřeb Objednatele. Rámcová dohoda bude primárně určena pro zadávání Dílčích veřejných zakázek na projektové práce k investičním stavbách, nikoliv pro opravy staveb.
