Description

Předmětem Rámcové dohody je zadávání Dílčích veřejných zakázek na projektové práce pro velké zakázky staveb silnic a menších zakázek dálnic realizovaných na základě Smluvních podmínek pro výstavbu pozemních a inženýrských staveb projektovaných objednatelem (RED BOOK) a Smluvních podmínek pro dodávku technologických zařízení a projektování-výstavbu elektro a strojně-technologického díla a pozemních staveb projektovaných zhotovitelem (YELLOW BOOK). Předmětem zakázky je zpracování podkladů k zajištění souhrnu činností souvisejících s posuzováním vlivů na životní prostředí dle zákona č. 100/2001 Sb., o posuzování vlivů na životní prostředí, v platném znění. Činnosti budou spočívat zejména ve zpracování oznámení EIA podle Přílohy č. 3 a dokumentace v rozsahu Přílohy č. 4 dle § 6 a § 8 zákona č. 100/2001 Sb., o posuzování vlivů na životní prostředí, v platném znění. Dále je poptáváno poskytování technické pomoci objednateli týkající se dotčené problematiky.
