Description

Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky na uzavření rámcové dohody, která bude v rámci zadávacího řízení uzavřena na dobu trvání 48 měsíců se šesti účastníky, je poskytování služeb dle této zadávací dokumentace a jejích příloh. V případě naplnění podmínek dle § 133 odst. 2 ZZVZ je zadavatel oprávněn uzavřít rámcovou dohodu i s menším počtem účastníků. Na základě Rámcové dohody bude zadavatel zadávat účastníkům Rámcové dohody jednotlivé dílčí zakázky na služby dle aktuálních potřeb zadavatele. Předmětem zakázky je zajištění potřebných průzkumů (průzkum inženýrských sítí, průzkum stávající vozovky vč. diagnostiky vozovky min. 4 vrty vč. PAU) a zaměření, vyhotovení projektové dokumentace ve stupni DÚR včetně výkonu inženýrské činnosti pro územní rozhodnutí, vyhotovení projektové dokumentace ve stupni DSP včetně související přílohy BOZP, výkon inženýrské činnosti ke stavebnímu povolení (případně další povolení podmiňující realizaci stavby), výkon majetkoprávního vypořádání, vyhotovení projektové dokumentace VD-ZDS vč. IČ a výkon autorského dozoru. Zpracování BIM se nepožaduje.
