Description

Předmětem veřejné zakázky „Projektová dokumentace - nový pavilon léčebné péče; inženýring, autorský dozor“ je aktualizace stávající studie, vypracování kompletní projektové dokumentace pro stavební povolení (DSP) a dokumentace pro provedení stavby včetně položkového rozpočtu a výkazu výměr (DPS) a poskytnutí dalších výkonů a služeb vč. autorského dozoru, inženýrské činnosti k zajištění povolení stavby. Projektová dokumentace bude vypracována v rozsahu a způsobem stanoveným příslušnými platnými právními předpisy, zejm. zákona č. 283/2021 Sb., stavební zákon, ve znění pozdějších předpisů, a vyhl. č. 131/2024 Sb, o dokumentaci staveb.
