Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je zpracování projektové dokumentace (předprojektová příprava, zpracování dvoustupňové projektové dokumentace - pro povolení záměru včetně pravomocného rozhodnutí stavebního úřadu a dokumentace pro provedení stavby, včetně soupisu prací a dodávek a zapracování připomínek technického dozoru investora a další související činnosti) pro provedení novostavby lůžkové části Hornické nemocnice s poliklinikou spol. s r.o., IČO: 61325422, se sídlem Pražská 206/95, Pražské Předměstí, 418 01 Bílina. Součástí předmětu veřejné zakázky je i související inženýrská činnost (IČ) nutná k zajištění vyjádření, stanovisek a podkladů nutných k podání žádosti o vydání povolení záměru na uvedenou akci a autorský dozor projektanta (AD) při vlastní realizaci.
