Description

Předmětem této veřejné zakázky je závazek zhotovitele na svůj náklad vypracovat architektonickou studii včetně vstupních podkladů a dokumentaci k povolení stavby, projektovou dokumentaci pro provedení stavby a provést inženýrské činnosti pro účely provedení následného stavebního záměru objednatele v rozsahu uvedeném v článku IV. a V. návrhu smlouvy o dílo (dále jen jako „dílo“) a závazek objednatele dílo převzít a zaplatit zhotoviteli za řádně a včas provedené dílo cenu dle čl. VIII. Návrhu smlouvy o dílo. Následným stavebním záměrem zadavatele je novostavba městské knihovny na Jiráskově náměstí v Kolíně. Předmět služby je podrobněji vymezen v návrhu smlouvy o dílo, který je přílohou této výzvy.
