Předmětem zakázky je zhotovení návrhu díla, projektové dokumentace v rozsahu projektové dokumentace pro povolení stavby, projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby na objektů, zabezpečení činností koordinátora BOZP ve fázi přípravy stavby, výkon dozoru projektanta při realizaci stavby. Dopravní řešení: V průběhu projektové přípravy bude nutná koordinace s projektem dopravního řešení související akce „III/35314 Nové Město na Moravě - okružní křižovatka ul. Žďárská“, v rámci které bude řešeno i dopravní napojení parkovacího domu - viz Studie.
