Description

Předmětem veřejné zakázky je vypracování níže specifikované dokumentace a obstarání povolení záměru pro stavbu nazvanou „Městské nájemní bydlení ve Dvorcích“, která vznikne na pozemcích ve vlastnictví objednatele. Část plnění 1 je vypracování architektonické studie na celou stavební etapu určenou pro městské nájemní bydlení. Jedná se o celé řešené území definované v bodě II. - stavební blok S02 (Fáze 1 a Fáze 2) a související veřejná dopravní a technická infrastruktura. Součástí této části plnění je zároveň zpracování prověření konstrukčního řešení bytových domů. Část plnění 2 je vypracování dokumentace pro povolení záměru včetně obstaravatelské činnosti pro fázi 1 městského nájemního bydlení (polovina stavebního bloku S02) a související veřejnou dopravní a technickou infrastrukturu. Část plnění 3 je vypracování dokumentace pro povolení záměru včetně obstaravatelské činnosti pro fázi 2 městského nájemního bydlení (druhá polovina stavebního bloku S02) a související veřejnou dopravní a technickou infrastrukturu. Pro zahájení části plnění 3 je nezbytné splnění podmínek definovaných v článku smlouvy o dílo 4.1-C „Část plnění 3“. Zadavatel konstatuje, že výše uvedené rozdělení na části není rozdělením na části ve smyslu § 35 ZZVZ. Autorský dozor není předmětem plnění této veřejné zakázky a bude zadáván samostatně ve smyslu § 18 odst. 3 ZZVZ.
