Předmětem veřejné zakázky jsou služby spočívající ve zpracování pasportu stavby, tj. projektové dokumentace stávajícího stavu, projektové dokumentace pro povolení stavby (DSP), inženýrské činnosti pro povolení stavby (IČ), projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby (DPS), výkonu autorského dozoru (AD) a projektové dokumentace skutečně realizované stavby (DSPS), a to pro dostavbu jižního křídla budovy A Kroměřížské nemocnice a rekonstrukci / modernizaci západního křídla budovy A Kroměřížské nemocnice. Projektová dokumentace bude zpracována v modelu BIM.
