Description

Předmětem veřejné zakázky je: - Projektová dokumentace pro povolení stavby v členění a rozsahu dle vyhlášky č. 131/2024 Sb., o dokumentaci staveb, v platném znění, příloha č. 1 nebo č. 4 a zákona č. 283/2021 Sb., o územním plánování a stavebním řádu („dále jen „stavební zákon“), v platném znění, včetně projednání a odsouhlasení objednatelem a účastníky správního řízení. - Výkon inženýrské činnosti za účelem vydání stavebního povolení, která bude vykonávána s cílem zajistit příslušná pravomocná správní rozhodnutí pro realizaci stavby (stavební povolení) podle Stavebního zákona. - Projektová dokumentace pro provádění stavby v rozsahu a obsahu a členění dle vyhlášky č. 131/2024 Sb., o dokumentaci staveb, v platném znění, přílohy č. 8, a podle Stavebního zákona. - Výkon autorského dozoru při provádění stavby Bližší specifikace jsou uvedeny v Příloze č. 1 této zadávací dokumentace - EGC 2 studie a v Příloze č. 3 zadávací dokumentace - Smlouva o dílo ve čl. 3 - Rozsah a členění díla.
