V DNS má zadavatel v úmyslu zajistit služby spočívající v provádění Technického dozoru stavebníka, koordinátora BOZP, výkonu inženýrské činnosti, technické pomoci, inženýrské i smluvní vypořádání staveb po realizaci na stavbách pozemních komunikací, cyklostezek, P+R, mostních objektů (včetně příslušenství např. osvětlení, protihlukové stěny apod.), zdí a pozemních staveb zadavatele (případně více zadavatelů), a to dle aktuálních potřeb zadavatele. Bližší předmět bude vymezen v podmínkách jednotlivých minitendrů.
