Description

Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je vypracování souboru projektových dokumentací pro účely akce „Domov mládeže s odbornými učebnami - areál zámku Kopidlno - PD“, kde výslednou dokumentací bude projektová dokumentace pro provádění stavby. Součástí plnění je také Informační model stavby (Building Information Model) (dále jen „IMS“) a jeho pravidelné aktualizace v souladu, v rozsahu a za podmínek uvedených v BIM protokolu a jeho příloh. Předmětem plnění bude i kompletní zajištění inženýrské činnosti včetně projednání navrženého řešení s dotčenými orgány státní správy a další související služby. Rozsah a obsah PD stavby je stanoven vyhláškou č. 131/2024, o dokumentaci staveb.
