Předmětem veřejné zakázky je poskytování služeb činnosti technického dozoru stavebníka (dále jen „TDS“) a koordinátora BOZP při realizaci díla při realizaci staveb: - Budova 23 - Rekonstrukce a přístavba urgentního příjmu a oddělení ARIM - označená v projektu PD - 0. etapa - B23 - Urgentní příjem - rotační stanice - Budova 23 - Rekonstrukce a přístavba urgentního příjmu a oddělení ARIM označená v projektu PD - 1. etapa - B23 - severní přístavba - Centrální zdroj chladu Realizace poskytování Služeb bude probíhat ve 2 fázích: a. Fáze realizace - od okamžiku předání Staveniště Zhotoviteli do předání a převzetí díla, případně do odstranění poslední vady z přejímacího řízení díla, byly-li takové zjištěny (včetně), případně do nabytí právní moci kolaudačního rozhodnutí podle toho, která skutečnost nastane později; b. Fáze poskytování služeb v záruční době díla - od předání a převzetí díla, případně od odstranění poslední vady z přejímacího řízení díla, byly-li takové zjištěny. Celková předpokládaná hodnota stavebních prací: 752 308 868,00 Kč bez DPH Podrobné vymezení předmětu veřejné zakázky, včetně technických podmínek v podrobnostech nezbytných pro zpracování nabídky, je uvedeno v přílohách této zadávací dokumentace.
