Cílem zadávacího řízení je zavedení a užívání dynamického nákupního systému pro zadávání veřejných zakázek jejichž předmětem je poskytování konzultační a expertní činnosti na stavební práce a provedení ověřovacích průzkumů ve vztahu k realizovatelnosti akce pro významné projekty Ministerstva obrany. Předmětem plnění veřejných zakázek zadávaných v dynamickém nákupním systému bude konzultační a expertní činnost v oblasti stavebnictví.; Předmětem plnění veřejných zakázek zadávaných v dynamickém nákupním systému bude provedení komplexních ověřovacích průzkumů, které přispějí k úspěšné realizaci stavebních projektů v souladu s platnými normami a předpisy.
