Předmětem plnění nadlimitní veřejné zakázky jsou projektové služby a autorský dozor související s přípravou a realizací projektu dostavby ČT TS Brno, jejichž obsahem jsou následující tzv. výkonové fáze: (i) Zhotovení projektové dokumentace pro povolení záměru (dále také jen „DPZ“) včetně zajištění vydání potřebných veřejnoprávních povolení a povolení stavby, (ii) Zhotovení dokumentace pro provádění stavby (dále také jen „DPS“). (iii) Poskytování součinnosti v rámci zadávacího řízení na výběr generálního dodavatele stavby (dále také jen „SZŘ") a (iv) Poskytování autorského dozoru nad prováděním stavby a stavebních prací generálním dodavatelem stavby (dále také jen „AD“).
