Description

Rahmenvereinbarung gem. § 4a VOB/A für Gehölzarbeiten an Hangsicherungsbereichen. Das in Aussicht genommene Auftragsvolumen wurde so genau wie möglich ermittelt, wird aber nicht abschließend festgelegt. Basis der Ausschreibung sind die derzeit bereits bekannten Ausführungsorte sowie die Erfahrungswerte der letzten Jahre. Im Amtsbereich des Regionalbereichs Nord sind im Vertragszeitraum Gehölzarbeiten in Hangsicherungsbereichen an Bundes- oder Landesstraßen auszuführen. Es handelt sich um Einzelmaßnahmen in den Landkreisen Unstrut-Hainich, Kyffhäuser, Nordhausen und Eichsfeld. Die Hangsicherung ist als Gehölz- und Strauchschnitt sowie als Geröllbeseitigung durchzuführen. Aus Gründen der Verkehrssicherungspflicht ist der gesamte Bewuchs aus den Beständen zu entnehmen. Dies trifft auch auf das Todholz sowie lockeres Gestein am jeweiligen Böschungsfuß zu.
