Bransholme Annex Remodel and Refurbishment

The Police and Crime Commissioner for Humberside has awarded a contract for the remodel and refurbishment of the Bransholme Annex. The works prepare the building for occupation by the Neighbourhood Policing Team and other specialist teams. The scope includes remodelling shower areas on the ground and first floors, a new video witness interview suite with waiting area, secure external storage, and general refurbishment of part of the ground floor and the full first floor. The contract was awarded to LINDUM GROUP LIMITED. It is a call-off contract under the Estates Works Framework ref: 1737-2018.
