Постачальник під час підписання договору надає Довідку про походження товару від виробника(ів) або їх офіційних представників (якщо їх повноваження поширюються на територію України), якими підтверджується те, що товар, який постачається, не вироблений на території країн агресорів та не пов’язаний з отриманням доходів громадянами країни-агресора чи пов’язаних з нею осіб; юридичних осіб, створених та зареєстрованих відповідно до закону України, кінцевим бенефіціарним власником, членом або учасником (акціонером), що має частку в статутному капіталі 10 і більше відсотків, якої є країна-агресор чи пов’язані з нею особи, громадянин країни-агресора чи пов’язані з нею особи або юридичні особи, створені та зареєстровані відповідно до законодавства країни-агресора чи пов’язані з нею осіб.
