ГАРАНЦИОННИ СРОКОВЕ Възложителят поставя минимално изискване за гаранционен срок от 24 (двадесет и четири) месеца, като максималната му продължителност е по предложение на участника. Гаранционният срок трябва да обхваща всички материални дефекти на доставеното обзавеждане. Ако даден елемент или отделна негова част прояви дефект в рамките на договорения период за гаранция, същият следва да бъде подменен за сметка на изпълнителя в рамките на сроковете за гаранционно обслужване. Възложителят определя максимален срок за доставка и монтаж на обзавеждането - 30 (тридесет) календарни дни, считано от датата на получаване на възлагателно писмо от Възложителя, като приемането на работата се удостоверява с подписването на двустранен приемо-предавателен протокол. Доставка и монтаж на обзавеждане за ДГ «Радост» гр.Велинград. Видът и количеството на артикулите /обзавеждането/ са посочени в Техническата спецификация - неразделна част от настоящата документация. Всички участници следва да изготвят предложенията си в съответствие с Техническите спецификации.
