Ресурсът за финансовия инструмент е осигурен от Програма „Конкурентоспособност и иновации в предприятията“ 2021-2027 в съответствие с разпределението, посочено в раздел „Ресурс на финансовия инструмент“ на Техническата спецификация. ​​​​​​​ Финансовият инструмент е структуриран под формата на Портфейлна гаранция с таван на загубите, покриваща частично риска от загуба по Финансирането, осигурено на Крайни получатели от Финансовия посредник в съответствие условията на Техническата спецификация и Гаранционното споразумение.
