Настоящата поръчка включва: Изготвяне на комплексен доклад за оценка на съответствието на инвестиционен проект и други дейности, свързани с издаване на разрешение за строеж, упражняване на строителен надзор по време на изпълнение на строежа в обем и обхват съгласно изискванията на ЗУТ и съответните подзаконови нормативни актове, включително до издаване на разрешение за ползване, изготвяне и предаване на Възложителя на регистриран технически паспорт на строеж: Подстанция „Никопол“ 110/20 kV, Реконструкция на ОРУ 110 kV. Инвестиционният проект включва следните проектни части: 1. Част: Електрическа: - Първична комутация за ОРУ 110 kV; - Вторична комутация за ОРУ 110 kV; - Външно осветление; - Заземително устройство и мълниезащитна уредба на ОРУ; - СОТ, видеонаблюдение и периметрова охрана; - Измерване на електрическа енергия. 2. Част: Конструктивна: - Портални конструкции на ОРУ 110 kV; - Масички, тръбни мрежи, кабелни канали. 3. Част: Геодезическа: - Геодезия, вертикална планировка и отводняване. 4. Част: Пътна: - Пътища и подходи; 5. Част: ВиК - Маслосборна канализация. 6. Част: АС: - Ограда. 7. Част: Пожарна безопасност (ПБ). 8. Част: План за безопасност и здраве (ПБЗ). 9. Част: План за управление на строителните отпадъците (ПУСО).
