Открита процедура за възлагане на обществена поръчка с предмет: „Инженеринг (проектиране, строителство и авторски надзор) за обект „Основен ремонт на административна сграда на район „Младост“ - СО, гр. София“ Обект на обществената поръчка е строителство, съгласно чл. 3, ал. 1, т. 1 от Закона за обществените поръчки (ЗОП). Предметът на обществената поръчка е: „Инженеринг (проектиране, строителство и авторски надзор) за обект „Основен ремонт на административна сграда на район „Младост“ - СО, гр. София“. Обхватът включва проектиране на ЕТАП 1 (основен ремонт на сградата) и ЕТАП 2 (достъпна среда чрез външен асансьор до южната фасада за достъп до всички нива), както и строителство и авторски надзор само за ЕТАП 1. Етапите не представляват обособени позиции и за тях не се подават отделни оферти. Проектът осигурява самостоятелно пълно реализиране на ЕТАП 1. Проектното решение за ЕТАП 2 включва всички съпътстващи дейности за асансьора. Едноетажната пристройка в двора не е предмет на настоящото възлагане. Техническият проект се разработва по частите „Архитектурна“, „Конструктивна“ с доклад за технически контрол, „ОВК“, „Електрическа“, „ВиК“, „Енергийна ефективност“ с доклад за оценка по част ЕЕ, „Пожарна безопасност“, „План за безопасност и здраве“, „План за управление на строителните отпадъци“ и „Сметна документация“. Комплектуването, съгласуването и предаването са съгласно Техническата спецификация и проекта на договор.
