Поръчката е за доставка на нови хардуерни и софтуерни модули и лицензи за поддръжка и разширение на системи за диспечерски гласови оперативни връзки, подробно описани в таблица 2 от раздел I "Технически спецификации" от документацията за участие. В резултат на провеждане на процедурата ще се сключи договор за срок от 50 месеца. Доставките ще се осъществяват чрез изпращане на поръчки за доставки от възложителя. Поръчки за доставки ще се правят през първите 48 месеца от срока на действие на договора. Срокът за изпълнение на всяка конкретна поръчка за доставка е до 60 календарни дни, считано от дата на изпращане на отделна поръчка за доставка от страна на възложителя. За срока на договора се предвижда доставка на общо прогнозно количество на модулите - 260 броя ​и общо прогнозно количество на лицензите - 275 броя, като отделните прогнозни количества на модулите и лицензите са посочени в ценовата таблица за обществената поръчка.
