Description

Предметът на обществената поръчка включва две функционално свързани дейности: 1) изработване на проект за изменение на ПУП-ПРЗ за обединяване на ПИ 56784.530.1940 и ПИ 56784.530.1934 по КККР на гр. Пловдив и образуване на нов УПИ - за здравеопазване и образование, кв. 2 по регулационния план на кв. „Въстанически-север"; 2) изработване на инвестиционен проект в техническа фаза за обект „Детско заведение и физкултурен салон - етапно строителство", с административен адрес ул. „Даме Груев" № 1, гр. Пловдив, район „Южен", по всички проектни части съгласно Техническата спецификация; Новото детско заведение е с капацитет 8 целодневни групи - 2 яслени и 6 групи за деца от 3- до 7-годишна възраст, с кухненски и перилен блок (Първи етап), а физкултурният салон се изгражда като Втори етап. Проектирането обхваща и премахване на съществуващите сгради в ПИ 56784.530.1940, пълно геометрично и архитектурно заснемане чрез наземно лазерно сканиране, инженерно-геоложко проучване и обособяване на осем детски площадки и една обща открита спортна площадка. Категорията на строежа е четвърта съгласно чл. 137, ал. 1, т. 4 от ЗУТ и чл. 8, ал. 2, б. „б" от Наредба № 1 от 30.07.2003 г. Пълният обхват на дейностите и изискванията към изпълнението са подробно описани в Техническата спецификация, Методиката за определяне на комплексната оценка, Указанията за подготовка на офертата и проекта на договор, приложени към настоящата поръчка.
