The Municipality of Plovdiv procured polyethylene refuse and sand bags for the needs of the municipal enterprises OP 'Chistota' and OP 'Gradini i parkove'. The bags, made of recycled low-density polyethylene (LDPE), were suitable for storing and carrying refuse, sand, leaf litter and other small waste from cleaning public areas, in line with a technical specification. The supplier delivered about 840,000 bags over 12 months. The contract was awarded to ET VADIAS - VASIL DIMITROV for about EUR 67,081.49, converted from BGN at the ECB reference rate; the official notice states the amount in BGN. The awarded price was the same as the estimate of BGN 131,200 (about EUR 67,081.49).
