В спецификацията са посочени: - 31(тридесет и една) номенклатури ЛП, групирани в 19 обособени позиции(ОП), с посочени: анатомо-терапевтичен код(АТС), международно непатентно наименование(INN), лекарствена форма, количество на активното лекарствено вещество(мярка) и прогнозни количества. Предложените ЛП трябва да фигурират в Позитивния лекарствен списък - Приложение 2, актуален към датата, определена като краен срок за подаване на оферти; - 43(четиридесет и три) номенклатури ЛП, групирани в една ОП - № 20, с посочени генерично наименование, количество активно вещество, лекарствена форма и прогнозни количества. Предложените ЛП да фигурират към датата на подаване на оферта в Регистрите по чл.261а, ал.2 и ал.3 от Закона за лекарствените продукти в хуманната медицина(ЗЛПХМ), актуални към датата, определена като краен срок за подаване на оферти. Определените в спецификацията прогнозни количества ЛП не задължават Възложителя да ги закупи. Закупените количества ЛП ще са съобразно реалните нужди на Възложителя.
