Предмет на настоящата поръчка е избор на изпълнител за: Доставка, монтаж и пускане в експлоатация на професионално оборудване за нуждите на „Домашен социален патронаж - Община Свиленград“ в ИЗПЪЛНЕНИЕ НА Проект „Подобряване и модернизация на материалната база на Домашен социален патронаж - Община Свиленград“ , съгласно сключен Договор за съвместна дейност между Фонд „Социална закрила“ и община Свиленград по Целева програма „ПОДОБРЯВАНЕ НА МАТЕРИАЛНАТАБАЗА НА ДОМАШЕН СОЦИАЛЕН ПАТРОНАЖ“. Доставката, монтажа и пускането в експлоатация на професионалното оборудване включва следните артикули: 1.електрическа готварска печка с котлони-2 бр.; 2. хладилник-2 бр.; 3.фризер ECO-1бр.; 4.фризер-1бр.; 5.белачка за картофи-1 бр.; 6.конвектомат цифров-1бр.; 7.резачка за зеленчуци-1бр.; 8.хладилна стая от неръждаема стамана-1бр.; 9.съдомиялна машина-1 бр., като минималните им характеристики и описание са подробно посочени в техническата спецификация. Условията, при които ще се реализира предметът на поръчката, както правата и задълженията на възложителя и на изпълнителя, са съгласно: проекта на договор; техническата спецификация; техническото и ценовото предложение на изпълнителя.
