Description

Доставка на климатици за нуждите на Ректората и звената на Медицински университет - София с включени дейности по монтаж и гаранционна поддръжка. При необходимост и след заявка от Възложителя, респ. съответното звено - демонтаж на съществуващи климатици. Обществената поръчката е разделена на 2 (две) обособени позиции, както следва: Обособена позиция № 1 „Доставка и монтаж на климатици за нуждите на Ректората и звената на Медицински университет - София”. Обособена позиция № 2 „Доставка и монтаж на климатици за нуждите на Комплекс за образование Медицински университет - София, филиал „Проф. д-р Иван Митевˮ - Враца”. При провеждане на процедурата, Възложителят ще приложи условията на чл. 181, ал. 2 от ЗОП (т.нар. „обърнат ред”). Председателят на комисията ще извърши действията, посочени в чл. 61 от ППЗОП, като оценката на техническите и ценови предложения на участниците ще се извърши преди разглеждането на документите по чл. 39, ал. 2 от ППЗОП. При възлагането на настоящата обществена поръчка Възложителят е предвидил използването на опции по смисъла на чл. 116, ал. 1, т. 1 от ЗОП. Възложителят може да използва законово предвиденото право да заяви на Изпълнителя доставка на допълнителни количества от стоките, в срока на действие на договора, при възникнала необходимост. Подробното описание по вид, количество и технически характеристики на допълнителните количества е включено в Техническата спецификация (Приложение № 1). Доставянето на допълнителните количества ще става след сключване на анекс, в който се посочва: звено-краен получател, вид и брой на артикулите, мястото на доставката и лице за контакт. За всички останали условия по реализиране на дейностите, предмет на настоящата обществена поръчка важат клаузите на договора за изпълнението й​​​​​​​.
