Description

Възложителят обявява процедура за прилагане на обществена поръчка на основание чл.18, ал.1, т.1 и ал.2, във връзка с чл.74 и сл. от ЗОП - ред за провеждане на открита процедура. Обектът на тази обществена поръчка е доставка, по смисъла на чл. 3, ал.1, т.2 от ЗОП. Откритата процедура за възлагане на поръчката с предмет: „Доставка на нетни количества активна електрическа енергия (високо/средно/ниско напрежение) и избор на координатор по стандартна балансираща група за срок от 12 месеца", за обществените нужди на ТП „ДЛС Тополовград" се изпълнява въз основа на Решение, на директора на ТП "ДЛС Тополовград". Обществената поръчка е изпълнима при условия, описани в документацията за участие в процедурата и съгласно Техническата спецификация. За нерегламентирането в документацията за участие условията по провеждането на процедурата се прилагат разпоредбите на Закона за обществените поръчки и Правилника за прилагането му, както и приложимите национални и международни нормативни актове.
