Обществената поръчка има за цел избор на изпълнител за доставка на нетни количества активна електрическа енергия средно и ниско напрежение и избор на координатор на балансираща група за нуждите на Националната гвардейска част (НГЧ) за период от 24 месеца или до достигане на прогнозната стойност от 250 000 евро без ДДС, която е пределна. Общото количество потребена електрическа енергия - средно напрежение за периода м. август 2025 г. - м. юли 2026 г. е 149 469 КWh, а количеството електрическа енергия ниско напрежение за същия период е 364 166 КWh. Очакваното (прогнозно) количество за доставка на електрическа енергия СрН и НН на годишна база за срока на договора е съизмеримо с потребените количества за посочения 12-месечен период. Предстои присъединяване на допълнителна сграда - Универсален учебен корпус (ниско напрежение), с което се очаква общата консумацията (СРН и НН) на годишна база да се увеличи до около 550 000 KW/h. В резултат от процедурата възложителят ще сключи договор за комбинирани услуги по чл. 11, т.10, във вр. с чл. 20 от Правилата за търговия с електрическа енергия (ПТЕЕ), а именно покупка на електрическа енергия и плащане на всички използвани от възложителя като краен клиент услуги - „достъп до електропреносната и/или електроразпределителната мрежа“, „пренос на електрическа енергия през електропреносната и/или електроразпределителната мрежа“ и „отговорност за балансиране“, както и уреждане на отношенията във връзка с плащането на дължимите суми за мрежови услуги за съответния ценови период.
